Shipping Policy (aka “How Your Hoodie Goes on an Adventure”)

Production Time — we craft, not mass-produce

Every item is made just for you — like a tattoo, but for your wardrobe.
We need 12–14 business days to embroider your piece with care (and probably a bit of anime energy).

(Weekends don’t count — we need to touch grass too.)

Shipping Time — slow post, but it gets there

All orders are crafted and shipped from Kyiv, Ukraine.
We ship worldwide — but we’re based in Europe, and so are our shipping pigeons.

• Europe: 2–3 weeks

• Everywhere else: 3–5 weeks

Yes, it’s slow. But it arrives — always. Like a plot twist in a good anime.

Tracking — yes, you’ll know where your gear is

When your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number.
Use your national postal service to track it:

USPS · Canada Post · La Poste · Deutsche Post · Royal Mail · etc.

They’ll guide your hoodie like a trusty sensei.

Taxes & Duties

We do not collect or charge VAT, customs duties, or import taxes.
International orders may be subject to local customs fees or taxes based on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

By placing an order, you agree to cover any such fees if they apply.
