Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of placing your order.

  • After this period, production begins and we are no longer able to cancel.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase to avoid any issues.

To request a cancellation within the 2-hour window:

  • Include your order number in the email.

We will confirm your cancellation by email and issue a refund if requested within this period.

Refund Policy
Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once production has started. Each item is made specifically for you, making it unique and personal.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
