1. Where’s my order? Why isn’t it shipped yet?
Because we’re not a warehouse. Every piece is made from scratch, just for you — carefully embroidered by hand. Production takes 12–14 business days. Good things take time.
2. When will it arrive?
After shipping, delivery usually takes 3–4 weeks. Sometimes up to 5 weeks, if your postal service is feeling dramatic. But don’t worry — it gets there. Always.
3. How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number. Please track it on your national postal service’s website — not on random sites. Examples:
  • USA — USPS
  • Canada — Canada Post
  • France — La Poste
  • Italy — Poste Italiane
  • Germany — Deutsche Post
  • UK — Royal Mail
4. Can I change the size?
Sorry, no. Since everything is made to order, we can't exchange sizes. You ordered XL — we made XL. That’s the deal.
5. Can you make it faster?
We wish! But every stitch is done with care — no shortcuts, no mass production. So it’s still 12–14 business days. Patience = power.
6. Can I cancel my order?
If we haven’t started making it yet — yes, just message us quickly. But once we begin working on your piece, it’s yours. That’s handmade life.
7. It’s been 5 weeks and nothing arrived!
Now it’s time to message us. We’ll investigate and sort it out. But if it’s only been 2–3 weeks — relax. Postal magic is happening.
8. Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
Possibly, yes. We don’t collect or charge any taxes on our side. If your country applies customs duties or VAT, that’s your responsibility as the buyer. These fees are not included in your order total. It's a normal part of international shipping.
